We kept hearing the same phrase throughout the whole year…”Kobe can’t win without Shaq.” I even heard a song online from Shaq saying, “Kobe can’t win without me.” Crazy if you ask me. I’m sure it must feel great to be Kobe Bryant right now. He’s finally got that monkey off his back. He might still have the pressure of wininng two more…but even then, pressure never really goes away. Long story short, Kobe did what he had to do this season and they walked away on top. Congrats!
On a flip note. We have been focusing a lot this week on the History and Vision of Victory Outreach International. Today we put a little pause on the studies to be apart of history. There was a Laker Parade in Los Angeles today (starting from the Staples Center and ending at the Memorial Colieseum). There were about 85,000 people in attendance. I just can’t wait for the day when Victory Outreach International is bringing out that kind of a group on a weekly basis…that would be crazy
